As a young girl, taught mainly how to cook by my late grandmother Jeanette, I quickly took a liking to cooking. As I became older, my liking turned more into a passion that transitioned into my purpose to utilize my cooking skills and hospitality to prepare and serve food.
I was once told that our gift is the thing we do the absolute best with the least amount of effort. I truly believe this is my gift from God. Cooking is my happy space and I enjoy satisfying the soul with uplifting scriptures and a good meal. I am so thankful God chose me.

Your choice of beef or turkey seasoned with garlic and Italian seasonings, onions, peppers, mushrooms, banana peppers, black/green olives and turkey pepperoni covered with 5 cheeses and wrapped in a buttery crust.
Skirt steak chopped and marinated in lime juice and several Mexican style spice blends placed inside a grilled corn tortilla garnished with fresh cilantro and onions. (4 tacos) Add'l tacos $2.00 ech. (up-charge fresh Pico del gallo $2)
Deep fried chicken breast drizzled in a spicy sauce topped with dill pickles then placed on a toasted Brioche bun.
Thin shaved Rib eye steak marinated and seasoned with garlic & herbs onions and peppers topped with sharp white cheddar cheese and a chipotle sauce placed on a toasted french bun.
A delightful mix of Nacho Cheese & Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos topped with nacho dip, seasoned chicken, shredded lettuce, melted nacho cheese, fresh pico del gallo, black olives, jalapeños, drizzled with sour cream. Taco sauce (optional on the side)
